Fma how old is scar

Scar really knows how to fly under the radar. Scar, for the most part, is a pragmatic sort of warrior who will use anything and do anything to get the job done. He's not always sentimental, but he does remember the past, and Solf J.

Kimblee is a major target for his anger. It didn't take long for Scar to get the upper hand in the battle, and when he did, he made sure to drive a pipe right into Kimblee's lower left stomach, to echo the same sort of injury Kimblee once dealt to Scar's brother.

Sometimes, Scar doesn't just win; he makes it look good. Scar is brave and skilled in combat, and he isn't too quick to just turn and run away from a fight. He would rather get the job done, but if things are really turning against him, he knows just what to do, and he does it with alchemy.

To cover his own retreat, Scar will hit the ground with alchemy and create a miniature earthquake of sorts, shattering the ground and throwing everyone off-balance. It's a good move, but after a point, the state alchemists figured out his trick and circumvented it. This is one of the reasons Scar is able to survive so many duels against powerful opponents like state alchemists. He lags behind in terms of alchemy, since he doesn't know or want to create anything with alchemy.

He only uses destruction. So, Scar makes up for that with his remarkable agility and reflexes, and he can evade any punch, kick, or alchemy-based attack. Often, he will do this to avoid ranged attacks even cannon fire , then get in close and deliver the final blow. Scar was a monk, a highly pious man who dedicated his life to the ways of Ishvala, his god. When Kimblee attacks them, Scar's brother shields Scar and later even cuts off his own arm and transmutes it onto Scar to save his life.

When Scar realized his brother died, he went on a rampage which ended up killing Winry's parents. He would keep his brother's research notes which would later prove useful in saving Amestris. His death along with the death of his fellow Ishvalans is one of the main reasons for his hatred of Kimblee. Being a child and not being a state alchemist, Scar had no vendetta against her. She healed his wound and he allowed her to journey with him.

She is one of the few people who didn't see Scar as a monster and he tended to protect her. She in turn grew to care for him as a brother, often healing his wounds and remaining attached to him. The two met while Scar was investigating the underground tunnels to find the homunculi and learn why they instigated the Ishvalan war. Scar happened to be above Marcoh's prison cell and Marcoh revealed he was the alchemist responsible for the Ishvalan massacre.

He begs Scar to kill him so the homunculi won't force him to be part of another genocide but Scar spares him to learn more and disfigures him so no one can recognize him. While there is clear animosity from Scar regarding Marcoh and what he has done, he still keeps him alive as his knowledge regarding the homunculi and Scar's brother's research notes was invaluable.

While it is possible Scar still doesn't forgive him for what happened, he manages to tolerate his presence. He accidentally killed her parents when he was on a rampage due to the extreme pain of his wounds and trauma from witnessing his brother and fellow countrymen be killed by Kimblee. When she finds out he killed them, he tells her she is justified in shooting him but then she would become his enemy. He didn't hesitate to attack her but when Ed protected her, it reminded him of how his own brother protected him from Kimblee.

When they meet again in the North and Winry offers to treat his wounds, he asks if she forgives him. He would keep his brother's research notes which would later prove useful in saving Amestris. His death along with the death of his fellow Ishvalans is one of the main reasons for his hatred of Kimblee. May Chang : Being a child and not being a state alchemist, Scar had no vendetta against her.

She healed his wound and he allowed her to journey with him. She is one of the few people who didn't see Scar as a monster and he tended to protect her. Marcoh : The two met while Scar was investigating the underground tunnels to find the homunculi and learn why they instigated the Ishvalan war.

While it is possible Scar still doesn't forgive him for what happened, he manages to tolerate his presence. In the anime however, Marcoh was one of Scar's targets and later attempt to kill him, along with Edward Elric, but Marcoh figured out the symbols on Scar's tattooed right arm, and helped drive him off.

Winry : He accidentally killed her parents when he was on a rampage due to the extreme pain of his wounds and trauma from witnessing his brother and fellow countrymen be killed by Kimblee.

She says no but that her parents would want her to help him. The two traveled together and although the two didn't interact much, it seemed Scar did grow to regret killing her parents since they did save his life. Mustang : He hated Mustang as he did the many state alchemists who killed his countrymen and on a few occasions tried to murder him.

As a result, Mustang did view him as a threat but the two worked together to stop the Homunculi from using Amestris to make a giant Philosopher's Stone. Edward : Simply because of his status as a state alchemist, Scar hunted Ed down to kill him. Ed tried to use him to lure out the Homunculi since he knew Scar wanted to kill him and the homunculi wouldn't let Scar kill him.

Ed hated Scar for what he did to Nina and when he learned Scar was the one who killed Winry's parents, his hatred for Scar increased. He hated having to work with him but oftentimes the two were forced into an alliance for the greater good of the country. Yoki : Yoki tried turning Scar in to get a reward and be reinstated into the military when they first met. Ill explain why this is the best series ever made and why i feel worthy of judging that. I could probably list at least 50 full series I've seen from all kinds.

If i told myself 10 years ago or so that the best series i would ever see was an Anime i wouldn't have believed it. This series made me laugh out loud, cry and bring up pretty much every part of human emotion possible. The characters and story are pretty much flawless and there is little to none loose ends. There isn't a "stormy" story curve as many series suffer from - where the intro - mid part or ending is to short , to long or rushed.

The pace through the entire anime is good. All characters are developed in a brilliant way through the series. Of all movies and shows I've seen in my lifetime - if i would have to recommend one single series to someone it would be this one without hesitation.

If i had an enemy i hated in real life more than anything - even i wouldn't be so cruel as to deny that person to see this show. I could deny them food instead and it would be merciful.

Thats how good this show is. One thing that was a major concern early on was that this show would be to childish and silly. Don't be deceived, it is very mature and some elements are even horrifying.

This is one of the only shows I've ever seen, where i haven't been able to personally come up with better ideas on how to make it. See it. I also recommend original Japanese voices with English text for best experience. Kentvaroy Sep 17, FAQ 2.
