Where is eye of eternity entrance

Additionally to that, when Xylem took the Iris he tried to siphon all the magic of the ley-lines within himself, leaving Azeroth a world without magic. The Iris has one main purpose; once placed in the Eye of Eternity it can manage the magic of the Nexus and manipulate the ley lines of Azeroth. The laws of your reality do not apply The EoE allows a greater and safer control over magic. Energies that would cause catastrophic damage can be used in a controlled way from here.

The idea that the EoE has its own laws which facilitate arcane magic is touched lightly in the Hagara encounter in the Dragon Soul. I speculate this trait that simplifies arcane casting is shared with the Nexus.

Likely, this is due to the connection to the Eye of Eternity. The Nexus Vault is where the blue dragons kept some of their most powerful artifacts such as Aluneth. It can be accessed from selected spots in the Nexus and shares striking similarities to the Eye of Eternity!

The Vault Entrance was located in the Librarium; but the entrance to the vault was broken off when Malygos breached the Twisting Nether during the Nexus War. Now the Nexus Vault raises more questions such as: the Twisting Nether? Oh my, what an answer Thank you so much!

Glad you liked it. I think the Nexus is an amazing place. You will use ONLY your 1, 2 and 3. NEVER use 4 or 5. As soon as you are on the dragon, spam 3 your heal over time aka HOT until you are at 5 stacks.

This 5-stack lasts 10 seconds and can be periodically refreshed. You have to let this power build up, which is the hardest part. Just do that over and over. When Malygos "fixes his eye upon you" and this lazer beam thingy hits you, don't panic. The only two things that damage you are a big blast of light move to the left about 10 feet and a patch of lightning again, move to the left about 10 feet. Often you'll be nuking the boss right by a patch of lightning and taking no damage; you'll get the hang of it.

Occasionally you might lose sight of Malygos because you are flying in space after all and there are no frames of reference except him. Just keep your 5-stack HOT up, pan your camera back and wait for his non-damaging lazer beam to connect with you, follow the beam back to the boss and resume your 1,1,2,3 rotation. Honestly you are so far ahead of the enrage timer that you can eff this rotation up by letting the HOT drop off, then spam 3 to get it back up to 5, and start over and you still have plenty of time.

Comment by Just killed EoE 10m and reins of the blue drake dropped. Not sure if this is also a drop on 25m. Comment by iNenna So like said, this is pretty easy at level But I would still suggest you to be little bit better geared so you can deal enough damage to kill him before berserk.

I would like to share how I do this. Its the same thing everyone else has done but, it really works : I did this on my BM Hunter ilvl and as my pet I use a Direhorn.

You have about 10 minutes to kill Malygos before him going berserk and killing you. Phase 1: He comes down on the platform and starts attacking you. I use Misdirection on my pet so I can dps in peace. You want to dps him as much as possible so this is the perfect phase to use your class cooldowns for max dmg. Also you will want to do as much damage as possible to get into the next phase, so it gives you more time in Phase 3. He flies up and turns untargetable and summons adds. This is not a hard phase either, you just want to kill the adds as fast as possible so again, you have more time in Phase 3.

As ranged dps its easy to kill the flying adds, but if you're melee, grab urself a platform and fly, like I do. Phase 3: This phase starts after you've killed all the adds. He breaks the platform and drops you on a drake. All drakes have the same abilities, but you only need to use 3 of the abilities to kill him.

Also the drakes HP scales from your own ilvl so I suggest you to do this when you have geared yourself up a little bit. When he becomes targetable again, start using abilities in order DO NOT spam the abilities as fast as you can, because you dont want your drake to run out of energy. Use the abilities every 2 seconds. DO NOT fly into the electric clouds, it will really hurt your drake. So remember: and rinse and repeat.

Good luck with the mount and transmog runs! I hope this helps you! I found that the only spec I could solo it successfully in was Marksmanship, thanks to their self heals.

I glyphed Chimera Shot so it would give me some extra healing, and also used the Charred Glyph. You can use Disengage when you're flying around on a disk and you won't budge from it. The drake phase is pretty long on 25 man, but as long as you don't panic and stick to the rotation described on this page, you'll be fine.

I managed to beat the enrage even though I had no idea what I was doing as MM, so it should be doable for anyone. Very trivial fight. I was done in a few minutes. I actually got Malygos down to 0hp before phase 2 started.

Adds went down very fast in phase 2. In phase 3 i used button number 1 once and killed Malygos. No mounts. Sad to see only 2 items drop. Usually at the end of a raid, you're awash in armor tokens and all kinds of crap. Oh well, I guess it was because it was man. Comment by nalshen Soloed 25man reasonably easily as ilvl survival hunter.

Used pet to tank although had to feign death once to get rid of aggro in phase 1, hit Malygos with dire beast and stampede, got thrown up into the air twice but you can carry on shooting him anyway. In 2nd phase I shot down a couple of the scion guys on discs then hopped on one and flew around to finish the others off. Make sure HoT is on 5 stacks then use 1,1,2,3 as others on here have said. Comment by myranda lately i'm having problems with the 1 - 1 -2 - 3 button-tactic..

Comment by ahunter Ugh, I don't get what everyone in these comments are talking about. I found this impossible to solo on a Frost DK 90 with an item level of The drake fight makes the fight impossible to solo.

Comment by frogtag This is a simple step-by-step guide for those people who keep dying on the rotation 3rd phase: For me I couldn't kill Malygos quick enough in the 3rd phase. I'd do the rotation, but after the 2nd rotation it would be more like 1- wait wait Also I couldn't tell when the orbs were coming because of all I the lightning. Food, Flasks, Buffs. Make sure all CDs are ready Phase 1 Target Malygos. Click the orb and attack him. If you're melee click and run into range.

BURN him down After the 2nd phase initiates he flies a little higher, but is still hittable. Keep hitting him until he flies off, even if its only 1 ability with a 3s CD. Phase 2 Just kill the adds Phase 3 The secret here is once you land on your dragon, spam 3 the 3rd button to get your healing stacks up to 5. At them same time fly up to Malygos' level.

Once he becomes targetable, start your rotation. If an ability is not lit up, wait. I believe there maybe a technique that means you casually do the rotation so energy builds up in time and you hit 2 when the buffs are active, but if we understood that then we wouldn't be here looking for help.

Good Luck. I guess it does happen, lucky me. This will boost your dps so blow cds at this point. Comment by ancarsmith Very easy to solo now first two phases were easy just burn Malygos in the first and the adds in the second.

Once the third phase starts get just within hitting range of Malygos, fly in circles and use the 1,1,2,3 combo as mentioned in early posts and there are no problems. Did it in about five minutes on a 95 Ret Pally. The nearest neutral flight path is called The Transitus Shield , which should now be an auto-learned flightpath. Why is this instance worth completing?

Soloing at , and it's your first time here? Malygos is easily soloable at level It's also a very quick clear, as there is no trash or winding corridors -- you are able to summon the boss within seconds of entering the instance. Enter the instance and, when ready, click the orb to start the encounter. Phase 1 , just burn him down. Even as a caster wearing cloth, he should barely touch you at max level.

Phase 2 consists of several Scion of Eternity mobs spawning, flying around on hover disks. When one is killed, they will drop a disk which you can then ride fly on to more easily kill the others see related achievement below. Kill them all, and you will auto-dismount from the hover disk be careful of falling damage -- don't go too high!

Phase 3 , Malygos will destroy the floor, and you'll be caught by a drake. Loot what spawns after he drops away, and exit the instance out of the portal that appears it's there, just hard to see sometimes. Don't dismount the drake as this will kill you. Related Achievements You should be able to get these in one go at each difficulty. Do note that both the 10 and man versions share a lockout period, so you can unfortunately only do one of them once per week per character. A Poke in the Eye - Defeat Malygos with less than 9 players in player mode , or less than 21 in player mode assuming you're soloing this, you get it automatically.

The Heroic Key can start the fight in both the man and man versions. After the release of Cataclysm, the Keys are no longer required to enter the raid at any difficulty. Post away!
